Client: Since 2000, Eagle has built and remodeled luxury properties in Arizona’s most desirable communities. The company’s mission is to craft exceptional homes that fulfill the diverse needs and desires of its extraordinary clients.

Project: Jim Audiss, President, was looking for a variety of marketing materials to help aid his sales process and attract clients.

Process: Aside from building homes, Eagle also provides property services/house management. I determined the best approach for communicating these services was to create three separate marketing pieces: a 12-page brochure for homeowners filled with large imagery to showcase the beautiful architecture and deluxe touches, a one-sheet targeting Realtors to let them know that Eagle can help with home inspections, and a trifold brochure for homeowners explaining Eagle’s three service plan options for home management. I then worked closely with the graphic designer to ensure my vision of elegance and sophistication came to life.
