Client: Amazing Lash Studio was founded in 2010 with the vision to create excellence and affordability in the eyelash extension industry. Amazing Lash Studios are franchise retail salons that apply semi-permanent eyelash extensions with a proprietary, patented process to the clients’ own lashes, replicating the curve and size of natural lashes.
Project: Amazing Lash Studio wanted to add two pages to its website to help explain the eyelash extension application process and to guide new customers through their first visit.
Process: I visited a local studio to speak with the receptionist and a meet with a lash stylist to gain a better understanding of the process and environment. I then crafted content for the Eye-Friendly Application page and the What to Expect page.
Additional items: I continue to work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer, writing monthly advertorials for franchise owners to use in their local markets, as well as ghost-writing blogs for the website.
